Introduction:

ChetChat, a conversation program on YouTube, is directed and hosted by Chetna Vasishth. The biggest Indian internet talk show in the field of careers is this one. We have produced 150 video interviews in under 2.5 years, garnered over 30,000 members, and had over 1.9 million views. Fashion Herald contacted her to discuss her proposal.

Before working as a corporate banker, Chetna Vasishth completed her graduate studies at XLRI in Jamshedpur. She worked with some of the biggest MNC banks in India for the first ten years of my career. The following year, Chetna founded and oversaw a training organization where she instructed bankers from more than ten institutions in India and abroad.

Greatest Influence in Work and Why?

Choosing the main influence and motivation is difficult because I try to learn something new from everyone I meet. I've had the privilege of meeting and speaking with over 150 motivating individuals for ChetChat.

In my line of work, I'm inspired by people like Elon Musk, who is clever and brave and doesn't care that he is worth billions of dollars, as well as Oprah Winfrey, who has made a career out of advocating for the underprivileged and fighting for humanitarian issues despite all that she has been through.

Greatest Professional Accomplishment:

My greatest accomplishment is the capacity I have to switch fields smoothly. I don't mind learning and mastering completely new skills. We can accomplish everything we set our minds to if we pursue it with all of our positive energy.

The New Indian Express listed another great experience as one of the 18 people to watch in 2018.

Best Advice:

Someone once told me that the only way to succeed is to have a goal that is greater than yourself and to be fervently committed to it, no matter what. How committed you are to making the influence you wish to have should go beyond your interests and beyond material gain or celebrity. And this is true for any success in life, not just a business one.

This is my motto, and I base most of my professional decisions on it.

Most Effective Marketing Initiatives:

Uploading high-quality content is the first step in a YouTube channel's long-term success. Reaching new students and their parents is a must, as is ensuring that current subscribers watch most of your content. I do the following steps to increase my audience and subscription count:

Consistency is the first and most crucial stage; I submit a video every Friday.
Interacting with students where they are, such as in campus forums and chat rooms where they ask questions
about the timing of board exams, the dates of entrance exams, the deadline for applications to study abroad, etc. Giving the pupils what they want when they want it is what this entails.
Relationship: I respond to any question posted on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or email.
Maintaining consistency and the viewers' best interests at all times - You may build a devoted following by paying attention to your audience, establishing a personal connection with them, and fulfilling their needs.
Making videos with the interest of the audience in mind is also crucial.

People frequently write to me with the question, "Ma'am, please tell me how to become famous and make money on YouTube." I always tell them that it's getting harder and harder to make money on YouTube. Do something because you believe you are good at it and can improve people's lives with your work.

You will become famous if others appreciate what you do for them while honing your profession. Continue to gain knowledge and get better. People will demand more of you once they become accustomed to a certain standard. So long as you're dedicated to giving your audience the best, they'll keep returning.

Projects Coming Up:

My objective is to transform ChetChat into India's top chat show and positively influence millions of young people. To expand ChetChat's reach beyond careers, I also hope to appear on television.

I constantly consider fresh ideas for the channel. MasterClass with ChetChat is a new series that we just started that contains research-based analytical material. We have produced two videos under this title; the audience likes them. The first was about the "Cost of Studying Abroad," while the second was about "The Top 10 International Scholarships for Women" on March 8th, International Women's Day. We are producing a video titled "How to Make Money While Studying in the US." We'll soon include business owners and industry professionals in our MasterClass with ChetChat sessions.

I'm developing an idea for creating a student forum where professionals can respond to their inquiries.

What do you enjoy doing to unwind?

Atif Aslam's songs are playing automatically on my speakers as I study Indian music. I have an exercise program that is quite peaceful. My favorite way to unwind is by playing and caring for my dog, Simby.
