Rivaba Jadeja was a social worker in Gujarat before entering politics, and she frequently fought for women's rights there. After making headlines in 2022 when they established 101 bank accounts for underprivileged infant girls under the Sukanya Samridhhi Scheme on their daughter's fifth birthday, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote a letter of congratulations to Rivaba and her husband, Ravindra Jadeja.
