RJ SuryaRJ Surya is most known for his talents as a radio broadcaster, newsreader, mimic, novelist, and actor who goes by the stage name Konda Babu. His other name is Surya Narayana. Although he was born in Pasuvullanka, East Godavari, he spent his formative years at Bhimavaram in the West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh, India. After devastating floods in their village in 1996, Surya's parents relocated from Pasuvullanka, in East Godavari, to Bhimavaram, in West Godavari. Unfortunately, Surya's younger brother passed away due to kidney disease. The Zilla Parishad High Schools in Pasuvullanka and Bhimavaram, where Surya went to high school. The Bhimavaram-based CSN College is where Surya earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree. Surya decided to drop out of the university where he had been accepted to pursue his master's in business administration when his amorous aspirations were destroyed. The RJ auditions being held by Red Fem Telugu at this time were made known to him by his friends. Surya took part in the tryouts, which led to the decision to choose him. After moving there, he obtained employment as a Telugu-speaking radio host at Red Fem Telugu in Hyderabad in 2013. Additionally, he was supplying Red Fem Telugu comic strips for his show at the time. After some time had passed, Surya began working as an artist for TV9 Telugu in the Ismart News division under the nickname Konda Babu. He acquired a lot of notoriety throughout the Telugu-speaking countries as a result of this program.
