Shahnaz Husain is an Indian entrepreneur; she is known for highlighting the Indian Herbal heritage of Ayurveda worldwide. She made a lot of contributions in the field of trade and industry. Currently, Shahnaz Husain is the managing director of Shahnaz Husain Group in India. She received the most prestigious award from the government of India, which is Padma Shri, for her active participation in the field of trade and industry. Shahnaz Husain was born on 5 November 1944 and her family background has been very strong from starting. Shahnaz is the daughter of Justice Nasir Ullah Beg, who was a former Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court. Her mother's name is Sayeeda Beg; she was the daughter of the commander-in-chief of the Hyderabad army. Shahnaz's grandfather was a famous politician who later became the chief justice of the Hyderabad High Court, and her uncle was also a former chief justice of India.

Shahnaz was the student of St. Mary's Convent Inter College, Prayagraj. Shahnaz got married when she was very young; she was married to Nasir Husain, with whom Shahnaz had two children. Nasir was posted in Tehran; meanwhile, Shahnaz studied Ayurveda in Iran. During her studies, Shahnaz completed her training in cosmetology and cosmetic therapy. She got training from the greatest and leading institutions of the world, such as Helena Rubinstein, Christine Valmy, Schwarzkopf, and Lancome. Shahnaz adopted the concept of Herbal care and cure. She opened her clinic in 1971, and after some years, she formed the 'Shahnaz Husain Group'. She designed some products which were specifically used for skin care and hair problems. Shahnaz formulated skin care products such as 24 Carat Gold, Diamond, Oxygen, Pearl, Platinum Range, etc.; these are the facial kits that can be used to maintain healthy skin. Shahnaz Husain Group started selling the products online, through which the company gained popularity, and because of the wonderful results, the products got high ratings. Now, the Shahnaz Husain group has around 400 franchises across the world. Her first franchise clinic was opened in 1979 in Calcutta. The first foreign Shahnaz Herbal franchise clinic was set up in London in 1982. The group provides Ayurveda salon and spa treatments for the body, hair, and skin.
